Hope everyone had a good Halloween! We went over to our frineds Carrie and Panda's house to pass out candy (and wine) with there family. They have have 2 boys who got plenty of candy! There were not to many trick or treaters in there neightborhood. A few big groups a kids, but not very many at all. It was fun to see all the kids in there costumes.

Now that Halloween has come and gone, it means that we are that much closer to Christmas. It is mind boggling how early stores start to prepare for it. The decorations are up and mood has been set. I was at Target on Saturday and then were in full Christmas mode! Costco has been set up for Christmas for at least a month now. And Amazon.com has started "Count Down to Black Friday Deals." Now let's see how long I can hold off before decorating the house for Christmas.

I got Jordan an early Christmas present recently. We went to a friend's wedding back in May that had a country theme to it. They had all these hand painted wooded signs with little saying on them. At the wedding Jordan starting asking me if I would make a sign to put by our peach tree that says, "where the peaches grow." The line comes from Zac Brown Band's song "Chicken Fried." And well I did not end up making the sign I did order it on etsy.com. It is the perfect addition to our back yard and looks nice in the peach tree planter. And now there is no question what kind of tree we have.
